  3. Simplification: Abhi alag-alag communities ke liye alag laws hain jo kaafi complex ho sakte hain. UCC se laws ko simplify kiya jaa sakta hai, taaki har kisi ko samajhne mein asani ho.

Challenges Aur Opposition

  2. Cultural Diversity: India mein har community ka apna culture hai, aur agar UCC laaya jata hai, toh kuch log isse apne traditions ko threat samajhte hain. Unka kehna hai ki ek common law har culture aur tradition ko samajhne ke liye enough nahi hoga.
  3. Political Issue: UCC bohot baar political tool ke roop mein bhi use hota hai. Alag-alag parties apne apne political agenda ke liye is issue ko push karte hain, jiski wajah se yeh ek sensitive topic ban jata hai.

Conclusion

UCC ek complex aur sensitive issue hai jo India ki diverse aur pluralistic society ko challenge karta hai. Lekin, agar sahi tarike se implement kiya jaaye, toh yeh gender equality, social justice aur national integration ke liye bohot beneficial ho sakta hai. Har community ko apni identity aur traditions ka respect milna chahiye, lekin ek common civil code bhi social harmony aur equality ko ensure karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.
